Michael and his partner visited our property yesterday to assess a blocked drain. They got to the route of the problem very quickly despite having a job to remove the drain covers. I found them to be very friendly and efficient and was very relieved to have the drain unblocked. Definitely recommended.
Arrived on time, with the right tools for the job, and got it sorted fast. Very polite and friendly - and also extremely reasonable. Would recommend to anyone ^^ Called them for a second time when my drain was blocked. They advised me it was the water company’s responsibility and even gave me the number to call! Brilliant company. I called NE Drains out to a tenanted property due to a blockage. He was quick to book me in and unblocked the drains using a jet hose which he successfully unblocked. He wanted to investigate further with a camera. He found a rod that was trapped in the u bend and damage to the pipe caused by the tenant smashing it. The only way to resolve this was to dig out a small area of the yard above the u bend. He booked me in for the next available appointment, turned up on time and did the work fast. I was given photographs of the work throughout, including evidence of other foreign objects found. His prices are fair and no call out charge like other companies who take advantage of emergencies. I will be using this company again and will recommend to friends and family.
Excellent job. Turned up on a Sunday morning, checked the blockage and said it was a shared drain so the local water company will do it (for free). He even called them to report it. Charged a very reasonable callout fee. Recommended
Rang this morning as had problem with drain overflowing when washing machine on, not a simple job as under decking with no hatch to get to drain, job was not only completed swiftly ( within 3 hours from phone all to completion) but with hardly any disruption to decking. Very reasonable charge as well, I’m delighted and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to family or friends
